What is a Cooperative

A:

Cooperatives are different from ordinary businesses because they are owned by their members. You become a member of cooperative by buying a share ($100 lifetime membership fee). When the cooperative generates a profit, it is reinvested in the co-op or returned to the owners as patronage rebate/dividends.
